When you're making a major purchase on mattresses and bedding, you generally go through 3 phases of the buying:

If you're like most buyers, the installation step may have slipped your mind. But when the delivery truck arrives and leaves 4 pallets of mattresses, mattress covers, and bed frames at your warehouse, you'll want to have a plan for installation.
Conveniently, there are companies that offer installation services — and even some that specialize in furniture installation. Before you decide you can get away without paying someone to install your beds for you, consider the benefits of installation.
You can focus on your real job
If you don't know what you're doing, and you dedicate an entire day to moving and assembling beds, the project may or may not get done. Unfamiliar projects seldom take the amount of time you anticipate. Not to sound like Johnny Raincloud, but they almost always take longer.
What's more, if you have a small staff or a limited team of volunteers at your camp or rescue mission, then chances are you don't really have the time it takes to unload and assemble all of the new beds you just ordered. You have options
Installation doesn't have to be an all or nothing service. In fact, installment services are fairly customizable.
Installers can do as little as unloading the truck and putting boxes into the correct rooms. Or, they can do as much as removing old mattresses, assembling furniture, and arranging rooms. They can even clean up when they're finished, disposing of your old mattresses and getting rid of the packaging materials from your new ones.
That being said, it's up to you to clearly state what you want the installer to do; don't just assume.
Also, be sure to let them know if you have a dumpster and if they can use it. (Details like this will affect your pricing.) Other pertinent details that will affect your quote should be provided up front as well. For example, the install is taking place on the 120th floor in the middle of downtown Manhattan, where there is no room for truck to park.
