Take a Peek Inside American Bedding

Written by Hali Reynolds | May 31, 2017 12:00:00 PM

Strong, quality products don't just happen. Every mattress and mattress cover from American Bedding Manufacturers represents a lot of hard work.

That's why we're taking you behind the scenes of our facility and giving you a snapshot of the work our team does on a daily basis. Check it out!

Our facility is 300,000 square feet. Some of that space is used to manufacture mattresses, and the rest is used to store mattresses, furniture and metal bunks that will be sent to customers. We keep more than 10,000 metal bunk beds in stock to fulfill orders.

We have a dedicated team of employees who are trained in a streamlined manufacturing process that emphasizes adherence to rigorous quality standards.

We have our hands on every step of the manufacturing processes to ensure precision. In the image above, Twila is cutting the vinyl for one of our premium mattresses.

Thomas is building an innerspring dormitory mattress, a product popular for its durability and customizable specs.

Damion is tape edging a quilted hospitality mattress. This is a necessary step in making a mattress that's comfortable and supportive.

Tina is sewing inverted seams into this mattress cover to ensure that it's bed bug proof.

Here is the nearly finished product! We're proud of our work, and we'd love to tell you more about it. If you like the bedding you've seen in the above images, you can learn more about it on the following product pages:
