Here's Dale's personal take on his role and experiences at the company
As an owner and founder, I help shape company policies and direction for the long term. I have been involved in several different manufacturing businesses and situations and find my experience helpful in determining our company direction.
In day-to-day operations, I also exhibit as a vendor at our various trade shows. I enjoy traveling and working with people, bringing back American Bedding the trends, and direction of new products as well as an informed perspective on the path our industry is taking.
We gave a company an unsecured loan, and afterwards, they went bankrupt. We bought the assets of a different bankrupt company from their financial institution. Basically, we threw good money after bad and got lucky!

My faith, my family and my health. I keep up with my children and grandchildren and also serve on a few church and civic committees. I enjoy any type of travel with my family, preferably in the United States and Canada..
